We have worked regularly with clients to undertake the Principal designer role since 2016, we continue the role in a more intensive way in order to comply with the new Building Safety Act brought into force subsequent to the Grenfell enquiry, we are trained by the RIBA to offer the PD role for all ranges of projects, as clients it is important to understand the mandatory roles now required to maintain compliance, we will discuss this with you at all stage of a project.
