Rear Extension – Beechlea

Located adjacent to Strangford Lough, County Down this bungalow was extended to create 650 sqft of additional living and dining space. The brief was to rationalise the existing kitchen and utility space and provide a double height living and dining space for entertaining on special occasions whilst being practical for day to day living.

Alumiminum glazing and white render was used to give the extension a contemporary feel.
