Conversion of Existing Offices into Residential Flat and Retail Units.

The existing owners of this property were looking to relocate their business to more suitable premises and were looking for a way to develop their current offices to maximise their potential. The design entailed 8 luxury flats utilising the traditional features of the building. The ground floor have been designed to incorporate small retail units that will complement the residential use above.
