London House

During his time in London, Brendan worked on multiple private residences within the Belgravia and Chelsea Conservation areas. Each house was in itself a major design challenge. Constantly balancing between highly sensitive conservation standards set by a London Borough. Whilst meeting the intense spatial and specification standards set by clients,  who naturally wanted to own the most luxurious house in London. These houses became highly engineered pieces of architecture whilst maintaining superior levels of comfort, sustainability and craftsmanship.
