New Energy Efficient Dwelling, Costock

Our clients wanted a mix of traditional external fabric and detailing with the integration of the highest reduced carbon technology available to the housing market. The four bedroomed house accommodates five bedrooms a large garden room, pool and overlooks extensive pasture land beyond its large footprint, the house utilises ground source heat pumps, air re-circulation, very high levels of insulation all wrapped in a Stamford stone and brick outer skin.

This project is currently in planning, awaiting start on site in May 2017.
