Residential Masterplan

In response to the change in Local Planning context throughout the region. Our clients appointed us to undertake extensive feasibility studies and eventually a masterplanning exercise for a new residential development located on a site on the edge of a Leicestershire Village close to Melton Mowbray. The development comprises of 3 bed starter homes designed to Lifetime Homes standard and 2 bed detached single storey dwellings suited to those who want to downsize but still enjoy a highly designed home with large airy living spaces and 2 bedrooms with large accessible bathrooms. The ambition of the design is to break away from the generic designs of volume housebuilding and offer highly designed, modern exciting homes for all generations set in a lush indigenous seasonal landscape. BIM was used extensively within the project to test designs as they progressed.
